**You will be charged $75 for appointments not canceled 48 hours in advance, and the full rate for no-shows or missed appointments. (Insurance does not pay for cancellation or missed appointment fees.)**

Self-pay clients must make payments at the time of service. Insurance will be billed first, then the client must pay the balance. We accept cash, checks, HSA's, and credit cards.
